All shades of emerald, sapphire, and moonstone in the alpine forests, hard-as-crystal skies, and milky rivers. From feasting your eyes on soft rhododendrons to squinting against the bright, white light of the snow covered mountains. Everest and surrounding peaks towering over you as look towards prayer flags fluttering over stony trails, and the largest Buddhist monastery in Nepal. Happy, apple-cheeked little children and thoughtful, hospitable adults. Silence, only broken by the occasional deer or pheasant. Nothing compares to being in the Everest region.
